We encourage anyone (including employees, contractors, suppliers, distributors, and customers) to report in good faith any issues or concerns about potential ethics, legal, or regulatory violations, including improper or unethical business practices such as fraud or bribery. Intel investigates all concerns raised and resolves each consistent with the law and Intel’s Code of Conduct.
Who to contact:
You can report your concern to Intel by e-mail, telephone, or letter; in English or your local language. You may choose to report to any one of the following:
- The Intel Ethics and Compliance Reporting email account
- The Intel Ethics and Compliance Line, a telephone line available in 200 languages at USA and Canada 855-275-5924 (for country-specific access codes and instructions see below)

What information to provide:
When reporting your concern, please include as much of the following information as possible:
- Your concern
- When you first became aware of the concern
- Others that may be able to provide additional information
- Others you think may be involved in the situation (people and company names)
- When and where you think this occurred (dates and locations)
- Additional information you think may be useful to the investigator
Although you may submit your concern anonymously (where allowed by law), providing your name and contact information will enable us to contact you if we need additional information during the course of the investigation.
What happens next:
When Intel receives an allegation, we conduct a prompt and confidential review of the issue. An objective Intel team investigates and determines the facts of the case.
If the facts support the allegation:
- Intel employees may receive disciplinary action, up to and including, termination of employment.
- Contracts may be cancelled.
- Intel may seek restitution or take legal action.
Intel Ethics and Compliance Line country access codes:
- Select the country from which you are calling.
- If you are calling from the United States or Canada, dial the toll free number 855-275-5924. If you are calling from an Intel network telephone, dial 9 first.
- If you are calling from outside the United States or Canada, first dial the AT&T Direct Access Code for the country you are calling from (listed below). The line will be silent for approximately 20 seconds and then a recorded voice will begin speaking in English. As soon as you hear the voice, dial 855-275-5924. You do not need to wait for the recording to finish. Remember to dial 9 before the access code if you are calling from an Intel network telephone.
- An automated system will answer and begin offering you language choices. If you do not hear your preferred language in the recorded options, press 1 for English and tell the operator your preferred language.
- Once an operator answers your call, begin your report or ask your question.
