The white paper looks at Open Data Center Alliance (OCDA) requirements for compute infrastructure as a service. The goal is to incorporate past usage models into a broader model of enterprise applications for cloud computing that are open and interoperable.
OCDA’s vision is for a robust market across a range of services by the end of 2014.
